PAYMENT POLICY and POLICY UPDATES

Effective Aug 01, 2023, Student Scholars must receive payment in full before a calendar slot with a member of our academic team can be reserved. 


REFUNDS

Although we do not offer refunds, we are happy to issue a credit for additional classes at a later time, or you can donate your classes to another student or our scholarship foundation for students in need.

For private tutoring sessions in ACT Prep and/or English grammar, we ask that you purchase the supplemental workbooks included below. All other supplies are covered by our team.  While we do not offer direct-cash refunds, we are happy to credit or rollover any sessions that are missed.
