Tutors with Student Scholars, LLC must meet the academic requirements listed below for the respective positions before joining our company.
ACT TUTOR REQUIREMENTS
Mastery or prolific understanding of all 4 subject areas
At least two subtest scores of 35 and/or 36
30 - 36 composite ACT Score, OR on an individual subcategory
GPA of 3.8 or above recommended
AP scores of 4 and/or 5's recommended
PEER / ACADEMIC TUTOR REQUIREMENTS
Competitive GPA - 3.5 or above on a cumulative 4.0 scale
Experience in leadership and/or mentorship roles recommended
Ability to demonstrate expertise and knowledge in desired subject area
Background in tutoring or education recommended
